Japanese BBQ restaurant located further away from the centre of Chatswood. We didn't have a booking and walked in but were seated at the counter. The food was really good. Great cuts of meats available including some cuts imported from Japan. These cuts are very fatty so I wouldn't recommend eating too many of them. The tongue cuts were very delicious and try out the different style was fun. The textures were quite different between the tongues. Service was quick and easy. Order via ipad and food came out quick. Beware of Sunday surcharge and cc surcharge. Overall decent food on pricey side but was good.

Nice Yakiniku restaurant in Sydney. Meat quality is good especially the expensive one. You will enjoy it if you don’t mind to pay premium price.

My husband and I am a big fan of Choji. Food and service is really great. All staffs are very friendly and Kind. Especially Lisa is always so kind and provides impeccable service. Every time I am impressed by her friendliness and excellent service. Hope This restaurant is always be there.

My partner took me there for my birthday dinner :) Tried ox tongue tasting plate it was amazing and that’s what I want to have on that day! Meat quality was very good with affordable price 👌 Mocktails were also very good and every plates were delicious. I would coming back again!

Great selection of high quality & very fresh meats. Had the ox tongue platter, pork neck, chicken cartilage, vegetable selection, lettuce wraps & cucumber salad - everything was super fresh and presented beautifully. Service was warm, friendly and attentive. So happy to have found this restaurant and can’t wait to return as it’s a new favourite for sure!

High quality meat, service is great, we ordered the platter for 2 (Choji Yakiniku Signature Platter) and it was good. Would be perfect if they have the ultimate indulgence platter for 2, but it said it's for 4 people. So the platter comes with the raw wagyu yukke (minced raw beef) and it was really nice! We also add wagyu A5 tenderloin to our order and it was heavenly👼🏻 All is good, but If only the general dipping sauce has more bold flavor, it would be perfect!
